What was the highlight of Hotel THB Tropical Island
Facilities make up for room
The apartment was spacious and each complex had its own pool along with the adults only and larger pool area. The gym was well equipped, although in need of some updates as some equipment was old.
The apartment had a bad smell upon entering, it was stale and musty. The apartment itself is alright, definitely not 4 star. We weren’t in the room much so it wasn’t a huge deal but it did not feel clean at all. There was also nothing to clean dishes with in the kitchen. Wifi didn’t work for the whole stay as well. There is only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for the whole hotel which is not enough, we ended up waiting 20 minutes for someone to come take their stuff out of the washing machine and ended up just taking it out ourselves and dumping it on top (which they didn’t come back for for 3 hours!!).

Had a great holiday and will def return in the future.
We had a fantastic stay at TBH Tropical Island in Lanzarote – perfect for families! The pool just outside our apartment was lovely and warm, and the main pool kept the kids entertained for hours with its fun slides. The staff were absolutely amazing – so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Hotel Manager Patricia, who was incredibly welcoming. She took the time to speak personally with guests, answered all our questions professionally, and even gave us a spa voucher, which was a lovely touch. The Kids Club was a highlight for our children – they were excited to go every day and loved the mini disco in the evenings. My son Shay had a great connection with the club leaders Navil and Damien. They were caring, supportive, and always made the activities fun for him. The whole property was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday experience. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and fun-filled break!
